<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Microfiber Filter Rebate Act. Requires the Environmental Protection Agency to establish and implement a program to provide rebates to residents of the State for the purchase of a microfiber washing machine filter or a replacement microfiber washing machine filter. Provides that the one-time rebate shall not exceed the lesser of the cost of the microfiber washing machine filter or replacement filter or $100. Requires the Agency to advertise the availability of rebates on its website. Requires the Agency to adopt rules to implement the Act. Requires the Agency, 2 years after the effective date of the Act and annually thereafter, to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
