<reference>815 ILCS 505/2EEEE new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice for any person who hosts an online distribution platform for third-party software programs or applications to charge a fee or commission on a purchase made by a customer through a software program or application that was distributed through that platform. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
