Prohibits a service business from discriminating on the basis of gender. Requires specified service businesses to post a notice that states that they don't discriminate on prices charged for services of similar or like kind on the basis of the person's gender and that a complete price list is available upon request. Provides that a service business that fails to correct a violation of the notice requirements within 30 days of receiving written notice of the violation is liable for a civil penalty up to $1,000.
