<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Artificial Intelligence Reporting Act. Provides that each State agency shall prepare an annual report concerning the State agency's use of covered algorithms in its operations. Sets forth reporting requirements. Provides that, within 6 months after the effective date of the Act, and each year thereafter, each State agency shall submit the report to the General Assembly, the Auditor General, and the Department of Innovation and Technology. Provides that the Department of Innovation and Technology shall create and maintain a website to make the annual reports accessible to the public. Provides that each State agency shall designate among current staff a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer to oversee the preparation and submission of the report. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
