Provides that, notwithstanding any other law or rule to the contrary, funds held in an individual retirement account, a pension plan, an employer-sponsored 401(k) or 403(b) plan, or a plan established under the Self-Employed Individuals Retirement Act of 1962 shall be exempt and not counted as assets when determining an individual's eligibility for services under the Act.
