<SynopsisText>House Bill 4651 will have no impact on state expenditures but does have the potential to increase revenue. Since the per filing fee will increase from $75 to $250 each, this will increase the revenue collected per filing. Based on the current trend of ten(10) filings per year, the increase in the per filing fee would collect an additional $1,750 in state revenue per fiscal year. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
