Provides that the provisions prohibiting the purchase or transfer of an assault weapon, assault weapon attachment, .50 caliber rifle, .50 caliber cartridge, or large capacity ammunition feeding device do not apply to the purchase or transfer of an assault weapon, assault weapon attachment, .50 caliber rifle, .50 caliber cartridge, or large capacity ammunition feeding device purchased or transferred on or after April 28, 2023 and before May 4, 2023 regardless of whether the purchase or transfer was initiated and completed or initiated and not completed between those dates.
