Provides that, on the website of each State's Attorney, the State's Attorney shall publish quarterly reports that include, at a minimum, the following information: (1) the number of all charges commenced by the State's Attorney for offenses within the county, classified by type and class; (2) the number of arrests referred to the State's Attorney for prosecution by a law enforcement officer or law enforcement agency for offenses within the county, and the number of charges that were commenced by the State's Attorney as a result of those referrals; and (3) the number of arrests of first responders referred to the State's Attorney for prosecution by a law enforcement officer or law enforcement agency for offenses within the county, and the number of charges that were commenced by the State's Attorney as a result of those referrals. Amends the Uniform Crime Reporting Act.
