In provisions concerning the child care assistance program, provides that beginning in State Fiscal Year 2024, the specified income threshold shall be no less than 250% of the then-current federal poverty level for each family size, with an annual increase of 25% each fiscal year thereafter until income eligibility hits 400% of the then-current federal poverty level for each family size or before State Fiscal Year 2030, whichever comes first.
