<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Child Care Reimbursement Program Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a Child Care Reimbursement Program to make reimbursements to child care workers for any amounts they paid for child care services provided to their children aged 5 or younger at a day care center. Requires eligible child care workers to claim reimbursements on forms and through a process prescribed by the Department. Grants the Department rulemaking authority.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
