| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Richard "Rick" Repmann II, who passed |
| 4 | | away on September 28, 2021; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was born in St. Louis, Missouri to |
| 6 | | Richard "Rich" and Joy (Broadwater) Repmann on April 24, 1975; |
| 7 | | and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Rick Repmann had worked as a chef at numerous |
| 9 | | restaurants; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was full of life and never met a |
| 11 | | stranger; he could not go anywhere without seeing someone he |
| 12 | | knew or making new friends; he overcame numerous obstacles in |
| 13 | | his life and prevailed; he had a great heart and loved his |
| 14 | | entire family very much; he loved his mama cat more than |
| 15 | | anything in this world; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was preceded in death by his mother, |
| 17 | | Joy Repmann, and his brother, Travis; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Rick Repmann is survived by his father and |
| 19 | | stepmother, Rich and Martha Repmann; his sister, Rhonda |
| 20 | | Miller; his stepsister, Kim Klopfer; his son, Ricky Repmann; |
