| 4 | | Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business |
| 5 | | Practices Act is amended by adding Section 2AAAA as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 2AAAA. Marketing of home insurance, maintenance, or |
| 8 | | service products. It is an unlawful practice within the |
| 9 | | meaning of this Act for any company to use the name or logo of |
| 10 | | a public utility company in any manner to market and sell any |
| 11 | | type of home insurance, maintenance, or service product.
