| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section |
| 5 | | 2-3.176 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (105 ILCS 5/2-3.176) |
| 7 | | Sec. 2-3.176. Transfers to Governor's Grant Fund. In |
| 8 | | addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by |
| 9 | | law, the State Comptroller shall direct and the the State |
| 10 | | Treasurer shall transfer from the SBE Federal Agency Services |
| 11 | | Fund and the SBE Federal Department of Education Fund into the |
| 12 | | Governor's Grant Fund such amounts as may be directed in |
| 13 | | writing by the State Board of Education.
