Modifies "qualifying Illinois Data center" to include data centers engaged in cryptocurrency mining over a 60-month period that may begin no earlier than 60 months prior the effective date of this Act; or data centers engaged in cryptocurrency commencing before the effective date of this Act and ending after the effective date of this Act in the case of a data center.
