<reference>745 ILCS 10/2-109.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act. Provides that a local public entity is not liable for the bodily injury or death of a driver or passenger in a stolen vehicle if the plaintiff was, during the course of the alleged negligence, in flight or fleeing apprehension during the commission of the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer or aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
