In provisions concerning recovery of the costs associated with the purchase of zero emission credits from zero emission facilities, authorizes the collection of certain charges relating to renewable resources through the delivery year beginning June 1, 2021 (rather than June 1, 2019). Provides that the Illinois Commerce Commission shall not conduct an annual review, reconciliation, and true-up associated with renewable energy resources' collections and costs through the delivery year commencing June 1, 2021 (rather than June 1, 2020) and shall instead conduct a single review, reconciliation, and true-up associated with renewable energy resources' collections and costs for the period beginning June 1, 2017 and ending May 31, 2022 (rather than May 31, 2021), provided that the review, reconciliation, and true-up shall not be initiated until after August 31, 2022 (rather than August 31, 2021).
