Provides that each board of school directors shall appoint one nonvoting member who is a teacher employed by the school district under the jurisdiction of the board. Provides that the teacher member shall have the privilege of casting advisory votes and shall have all of the privileges of membership, including the right to make and second motions and to attend executive sessions, other than the right to vote. Amends the Public Community College Act.
