In a division concerning counties under township organization, provides that the chairman and vice-chairman of the county board shall be elected by a majority of those elected to the board. Provides that if the position of chairman becomes vacant, the vice-chairman shall serve as chairman until a new chairman is elected to fill the remainder of the departing chairman's 2-year term.
