<SynopsisText>Deletes language providing that it is a civil rights violation to offer a policy that does not include equal terms and conditions of coverage for the treatment of a mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use disorder or condition or a history thereof. Provides instead that it is a civil rights violation to offer a policy that does not include equal terms and conditions of coverage with respect to any characteristic protected under the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
