Provides that beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act through December 31, 2022, any hours of home health services, home health care services, in-home care services, or adult day health services not utilized in accordance with an individual's service plan due to staff shortages resulting from the COVID-19 public health emergency shall roll over into the next service month under the individual's plan.
