<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 2630/5.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/6z-112</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Identification Act. Provides for expungement of misdemeanor and petty offense violations of ordinances that are similar to minor cannabis violations under State law. Also provides for the expungement of municipal ordinance and State law violations concerning drug paraphernalia used for cannabis. Provides that in relation to minor cannabis offenses as defined in the expungement, sealing, and immediate sealing statute, includes satisfactory terminations of supervision and satisfactory terminations of qualified probation in the disposition records for which the Illinois State Police shall identify and notify the Prisoner Review Board for the Board to make a confidential and privileged recommendation to the Governor as to whether to grant a pardon authorizing expungement for each of the records identified. Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that allocations to the clerks of the circuit court from the Cannabis Expungement Fund shall be appropriated to the Supreme Court for disbursement to the circuit clerks to be deposited into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
