Provides that the Agency shall establish a take back program for local fire departments and fire protection districts that use and store firefighting foam identified as having added perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances, otherwise known as PFAs. Provides that the program will be available to those fire departments or fire districts who have participated in the annual survey under the Act.
