Provides that establishments or facilities licensed under the Acts shall post on the establishment's or facility's website specified information about the Department on Aging's Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. Provides that an establishment or facility may comply with the provisions by posting the required information on the website of its parent company if the establishment does not maintain a unique website and is not required to comply with the provisions if the establishment or facility and any parent company do not maintain a website. Removes provisions amending the Community Living Facilities Licensing Act. In provisions amending the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act, Life Care Facilities Act, Nursing Home Care Act, MC/DD Act, and ID/DD Community Care Act, requires specified licensed establishments or facilities to post a specified statement regarding the Program and a link to the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program's website (rather than information regarding the Program's role as an advocate for residents of long-term care facilities). Provides that the required information shall be posted on the home page of the licensed establishment's or facility's website (rather than posted on the establishment's or facility's website). Makes other changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
