Provides that if a school district approves a property tax relief abatement for a given levy year, then the school district shall file in the office of the county clerk of each county in which a portion of the district is situated a certified copy of the resolution providing for the property tax relief abatement. Provides that the property tax relief abatement is included in the district's aggregate extension base for purposes of the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law.
