Provides that a licensee who conducts charitable games, whether on the licensee's own premises, may also obtain a providers' license to allow the licensee to rent or otherwise provide its premises to another licensee to conduct additional charitable games events (rather than just 4 charitable games). Provides that the maximum number of charitable games events that may be conducted anywhere by any licensee is limited to 12 charitable games events per calendar year. Makes conforming changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
