Provides that of the funds received by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for Homeowner Assistance under the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, at least 20% shall be allocated to counties and municipalities on the basis of: (i) per capita plus; and (ii) number of housing units that are over 50 years old, to be used to aid eligible persons in coming into compliance with building code violations.
