<reference>105 ILCS 5/10-22.25b</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.25b</aliasreference><reference>105 ILCS 5/34-2.3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that a school uniform or dress code policy adopted by a school board or local school council shall not prohibit the right of a student to wear or accessorize graduation attire with items associated with the student's cultural or ethnic identity or any protected characteristic or category identified in the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that the items used to accessorize graduation attire may include, but are not limited to, flags, pins, or any other relevant item. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
