<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>720 ILCS 5/12-6.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a person also commits aggravated intimidation when he or she commits intimidation and the person committed the offense with the intent to: (1) influence a sporting contest; (2) influence the outcome of a sports wager; or (3) intimidate a collegiate athlete. Provides that a violation is a Class 2 felony for which the offender may be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 3 years nor more than 14 years.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
