Provides that the Secretary shall collect a fee of $25 at original issuance and renewal. Provides that $5 of the fee for original issuance and $2 of the renewal fee shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that $20 of the fee for original issuance and $23 of the renewal fee shall be deposited into the Justinian Society of Lawyers' Children's Endowment Fund for distribution to the Justinian Society of Lawyers' Endowment Fund, Inc.
