Requires the State Board of Education to establish a program to issue micro-credentials in fields of study related to an endorsement on a Professional Educator License. Requires the State Board to approve professional development providers to offer micro-credential courses. Provides that a micro-credential received by a licensee shall be entered into the Educator Licensure Information System and included as part of the licensee's public educator licensure records.
