<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>725 ILCS 5/110-19 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts and the Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council shall create a statewide data collection system to collect data on pretrial practices and the bail system in Illinois. Provides that the data collection system shall include the creation of a statewide court database and a statewide agreement on data metrics. Provides that the data collection system shall enable data sharing among the Illinois counties and statewide. Provides that each circuit court shall participate in the data collection system.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
