<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>430 ILCS 15/8 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Gasoline Storage Act. Provides that every filling station or service station open to the general public shall make available, at each filling station or service station, self-service dispensing equipment that dispenses mid-grade E15 for use in motor vehicles and motor vehicle engines and shall offer mid-grade E15 for sale. Provides that every filling station or service station subject to the requirements of the provisions shall comply with specified labeling requirements that apply to retailers and wholesale purchaser-consumers of gasoline-ethanol blends that contain greater than 10% by volume of ethanol and not more than 15% by volume of ethanol. Provides that the requirements of the provisions shall not apply to specified filling stations. Effective January 1, 2023.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
