<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>430 ILCS 65/6</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 83-6</aliasreference><reference>430 ILCS 66/10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act and the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that if a person is eligible for both a Firearm Owner's Identification Card and a concealed carry license, the Illinois State Police shall create one card that may be used as both a Firearm Owner's Identification Card and a concealed carry license. A combined Firearm Owner's Identification Card and concealed carry license shall be considered a valid card for the purposes of the Acts. Provides that the Illinois State Police shall adopt rules to implement this provision.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
