<reference>415 ILCS 105/8</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 86-8</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Litter Control Act. Provides that any person convicted of dumping, depositing, dropping, throwing, discarding, or otherwise disposing of litter in any State park is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Provides that a second or subsequent violation committed after the first conviction is a Class 4 felony.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
