<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>110 ILCS 27/20</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Dual Credit Quality Act. Provides that a community college and rural school district that have a partnership agreement in existence on the effective date of the amendatory Act may amend their partnership agreement to allow high school instructors that do not have a master's degree to otherwise qualify for a professional development plan in accordance with the Act. Provides that any changes to a partnership agreement must be done with the express intent to address the needs of the rural school district and shall be examined by the Illinois Community College Board and State Board of Education to ensure that the quality and instructional rigor of the course meet the requirements of the Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
