Provides that any fees collected and deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund for Fiscal Year 2021 may be transferred by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to the Financial Institution Fund. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Floor Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may transfer any fees collected under the Collection Agency Act from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Financial Institution Fund. Removes a provision that provides that any fees collected and deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund for Fiscal Year 2021 may be transferred by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to the Financial Institution Fund. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
