<reference>35 ILCS 120/2-5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that a teacher who is employed by an educational institution that is exempt from the tax under the Act is presumed to be making an exempt purchase if he or she (i) purchases materials and supplies, (ii) possesses a copy of the educational institution's exemption number, and (iii) presents identification at the time of the sale.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
