| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Bridgett Ladonna Ersery; and
|
| 4 | | WHEREAS, Bridgett Ersery was born in Chicago to Bonita and |
| 5 | | Anthony
Ersery on January 9, 1974; she attended Beethoven and |
| 6 | | Fort Dearborn Elementary Schools; she graduated from Chicago
|
| 7 | | Vocational High School (CVS), where she was part of the "Outlaw |
| 8 | | Posse", and the Cannella School of Hair Design; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Bridgett Ersery briefly worked for South Central |
| 10 | | Community Service as a
daycare provider; she also worked for
|
| 11 | | the Department of Children and Family Services as an |
| 12 | | administrative assistant in the Services Quality Assistance |
| 13 | | Division; she had a passion for children and took great joy in |
| 14 | | nurturing the next generation and caring for children as if |
| 15 | | they were her own; and |
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bridgett Ersery was very sociable and was part of |
| 17 | | several
organizations; she was president of the alumni |
| 18 | | committee for her 1992 high school reunion class; she was |
| 19 | | outgoing and supportive of others; she tried to never miss a |
| 20 | | CVS gathering and would always show up with a smile; and
|
| 21 | | WHEREAS, Bridgett Ersery was the oldest of three children |
