| 5 | | Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g |
| 6 | | of the School Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL |
| 8 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 9 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is encouraged to |
| 10 | | promptly review and evaluate any waiver requests transmitted to |
| 11 | | the General Assembly and determine whether to disapprove, in |
| 12 | | whole or in part, any transmitted waiver requests.
