| 7 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

| 9 | | does not include: (1) a rental car company; or (2) a service |
| 10 | | provider that is solely providing hardware or software as a |
| 11 | | service to a person or entity that is not effectuating payment |
| 12 | | of financial consideration for use of a shared vehicle.".
