| 5 | | 5-43027 as follows:

| 6 | | (55 ILCS 5/5-43027 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 5-43027. Representation at hearings. In counties with |
| 8 | | a population of 3,000,000 or more, a corporation or limited |
| 9 | | liability company may appear at an administrative hearing |
| 10 | | proceeding through an officer, a board member, a shareholder |
| 11 | | with a controlling interest in the corporation, a shareholder |
| 12 | | of an S Corporation, or a member of a limited liability company |
| 13 | | with power to bind the corporation. Nothing in this Section may |
| 14 | | be construed to permit appearances in contested property tax |
| 15 | | proceedings.".
