Defines "photo identification" as an identification card issued by either the United States or the State of Illinois that includes the name and photo of the voter or, for a student, a student identification card of any college, university, or technical college accredited and located in the State of Illinois that contains the name and photo of the voter and is accompanied with proof of current enrollment at the college, university, or technical college.
