<reference>230 ILCS 40/23 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Video Gaming Act. Requires that by January 1, 2022, video gaming terminals shall include a mechanism into which a player must insert his or her driver's license to check the identity of the player against the Illinois Gaming Board's self-exclusion list and not let the player participate if the player is on the list. Requires the Illinois Gaming Board to adopt rules by January 1, 2021. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
