<reference>5 ILCS 430/5-20</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Provides that no public service announcement or advertisement that is on behalf of any State administered program and contains the proper name, image, or voice of any executive branch constitutional officer or member of the General Assembly shall be posted on any social media platform (in addition to the existing prohibition on such announcements and advertisements in other media). Makes conforming changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
