Requires the Department of Public Health to conduct a study to evaluate the impact on the mental health of Illinois' immigrant community from the threat of imminent action by the federal government to remove immigrant residents from Illinois. Provides that the study shall be conducted in consultation with private and public entities that provide health care services to members of Illinois' immigrant community.
