Requires the Architect of the Capitol to take actions necessary to provide for the replacement and unveiling of the Martin Luther King Jr. statue. Provides that prior to the placement of the statue at the Capitol, the Architect of the Capitol shall issue a report detailing his or her actions in identifying a new location on the grounds of the Capitol and a future replacing of the statue.
