Provides that upon approval by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as a continuing education provider for sexual harassment training, the continuing education provider may provide such training to any of the professions, trades, or occupations under the Department's jurisdiction. Prohibits the Department from requiring approved continuing education providers to pay additional certification or approval fees to provide sexual harassment training.
