<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Veterans Cyber Academy Pilot Program Act. Provides that the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall establish and implement a pilot program to provide veterans residing in the State with access to cyber security training, certification, apprenticeships, and additional resources to enter the cyber security field of work. Provides that the pilot program shall run from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Provides specified requirements to the Department in implementing the pilot program. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
