<reference>725 ILCS 5/Art. 124C heading new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>725 ILCS 5/124C-5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that a firearm may not be seized by the court unless: (1) the person is subject to revocation and seizure under the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act; (2) the person subject to a firearms restraining order under the Firearms Restraining Order Act; (3) the firearm is required for evidentiary purposes; or (4) the firearm is subject to seizure as otherwise authorized by State or federal law.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
