<reference>730 ILCS 5/3-3-7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-3-7</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the conditions of every parole and mandatory supervised release are that the subject refrain from accessing the Internet without the prior written approval of the Department of Corrections for the duration of the parole or mandatory supervised release term if the person committed a sex offense as defined in the Sex Offender Registration Act against a victim under 18 years of age on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
